A lot of people of been telling me that my car is worth some money and I don't really know if that is true. Can anyone help me out with this. I have a 1975 Cutlass Salon with a 455. It is a 2 door, Black with bright red interior. It has the Salon badges with the flags and some pod on the dash that reads fasten seat belts. All my relatives are into cars and so am I but I still don't know what makes it any different from any other Salon that I see/read about. If anyone could tell me about this, I would really appreciate it.

What makes it rarer than any other Salon IMO is the 455 big block, as long as it's the original engine. The pod on the dash for fasten seat belts was used up to '76 if you had the rally pac gauges [from my understanding]. My '77 has factory rally pac and does not have it, the '77 dashes were redesigned, maybe that's why they dropped it.
