It is sad to see them go..... I look back and wonder sometimes why I cut a few up and sent some to the crusher. I was young and wanted to keep "my car" looking good. Then again 20 yrs ago these cars were everywhere and you could buy them cheap!

1973-75 442s have gotten so rare. I have to look at books and information to see what was correct on them.
I used to grab Body Tags off of 442s that were going to the crusher soon. I look at that stack today and get sick. :(

The junkyard I go to used to be littered with them by the dozens. This guy was a pack rat and saved everything, I rememer going there 20 yrs ago and now I go there and all the old 60's cars are there but the 70's are getting slowly crushed. He does have a few 73's still left, but all the 76-77's are just about gone. I sent my first car a 76 to the crusher in 2002, rusted so bad it want worth saving. :(
