viral videos

so i made a viral video and posted it on ifilm.com. i put it there and not youtube because the video is 129MB and youtube will only take files 100MB and under. ifilm took the file no problem. my question is this. does anyone know of some freeware that will shrink the video down to 100MB or under without losing too much quality or size. i took the video with a 6.0MP sony cybershot, if that helps. if u happen to want to watch the video, here's the URL.

The built in Windows Movie Maker can be a good solution if you're using XP or Vista.
