Any team but the Packers. Suh is a filthy jerk but I'll root for Detroit if they beat Green Bay (is it obvious that I'm a bitter Bear fan?).

Packers vs Broncos. Tim Tebow will work more miracles! :D Never mind the Buffalo Bills wiped the Broncos 40-14 last week. Seriously, I think it will be a Packers vs Patriots superbowl. I think the Packers will repeat. Regarding Tebow, he is definitely entertaining and as he develops I think he will be a very good quarterback. I hope that the Broncos stick with him for awhile. We haven't had a qb that has really good scrambling ability since Elway.

with more time in the league he will how to disect the defensive package, he may turn into a dangerous passer. I like him as well. He is a good leader and I like watching him scramble for extra yards. Ill take him over Jake Plummer any day.

Sorry to all you Packers and Pats fans, but the game will be Saints ( #1 offense in the league at 457 ypg) vs. Steelers (#1 defense in the league 274 ypg) Hasn't anyone seen Drew Brees lately?!? Defense wins championships, so Steelers by a nose, but watch out for Denver next year.:D

Hope that high ankle sprain heels up before the playoffs. Your not going anyplace with a backup QB.

Neither of my picks was fined $750,000.00 by the NFL for cheating, yes CHEATING! :o Belichick is a lowlife, Brady a prima donna. (How's that for trash talking?)

your words are hurtful. You will not see me at the pancake social tomorrow! But seriously those sound more like the words of a man that didn't get sugar with his cornflakes. Spygate was so 2007, so overblown and so just plain over. Signal stealing? For real? It was such common practice that the NFL actually sent out a memo to all teams to stop doing it. Bill Cowher has even admitted todoing It. Belechick just happened to be a target because he was on top. I know Pittsburg fans love to bring that one up.. It's fine. The Pats got busted and lost a first round pick in 08.
As far as Brady being a primadonna.. Of couse he is! So was manning. So are all top athletes. He can swallow flesh swords for all I care if he keeps delivering 12-3 seasons in the first 15 games. I mean it's not like he's out raping woman or anything right??

The Broncos have had mediocre qb's ever since Elway retired. Jake Plummer was a decent qb and could scramble OK but he was never going to take the Broncos to a Superbowl. Jay Cutler has a rocket for an arm but his poor choices throwing into triple coverage, a whiny spoiled brat attitude, and his projected "i don't care" attitude in interviews after wins or losses wasn't going to get the Broncos to a Superbowl either. Josh McDaniels completely ruined the Broncos in less than two years but I'm not sorry Cutler went to Chicago. Sorry Bears fans. McDaniels got rid of some great players like Peyton Hillis and Tony Scheffler to name a couple. The Broncos are not rebuilding, they're building! They pretty much are starting over but McDaniels may have unknowlingly did the Broncos a favor by drafting Tebow. He's young and unpolished but everyone says he works harder than anyone they've seen. He also has that spark to lead the team. Next year will be an exciting one for Broncos fans. I think Tebow will improve ALOT over the offseason. A strong scrambling qb that can pass on the run or tuck the ball and head downfield is a dangerous one to any defense.

I know this is supposed to be a Superbowl thread so I was trying to think of any other teams besides the Packers and Steelers that have a real shot at making it. How about the 49er's or the Saints?

After the Broncos win, Tebow-mania is in full swing here. There hasn't been this much excitement with a young qb leading the Broncos since Elway's playoff game against Cleveland in 1987 called "The Drive." Showing my age a little bit here. :o Next week will be a tough game. The Patriots have a dangerous offense which will be a big challenge for the Broncos defense.

On the NFC side of things, the Saints looked really good against Detroit. I'd look out for them. They'll be a tough opponent.

That broncos steelers game was awesome. I wish I laid out a few bucks on tebow. What a bomb that last pass was.. Pow! touchdown to win in overtime... EPIC! Tebow made some killer, tight throws. I love how he proved everyone who said "hes a running back" wrong. I have to go with the Pats over the broncos but I think it will be way closer than people think. If tebow continues to pass deep & accurate, I think he has a chance to beat the patriots. There are no teams left in this that dont have at least one chink in the armour..

My nfc pick of the week is the giants. Back in 2007 they just barely eeked into the playoffs and then got red hot and won a superbowl. Manning is crafty. The pack just barely beat the giants by a field goal in overtime earlier this season.. I know I originally said packers, but watch out for giants. This is going to be an asweome game.. I think the only edge that packers have is lambo field... I want packers but I guess Im just afraid of manning.
