'77 Hoods

I have an S with a standard grille... it looks just like the ones for the Supreme/Salon/Brougham, but the area between the vertical silver bars is solid. It is NOT a waterfall grille like the 442. Anyhow, would the hood from a Supreme fit on my car?

It should. The only difference that I know of is the center trim piece on the hood.

The 76-77 hoods are all the same, except some have holes down the center for trim, usually the Supreme, Salon. Both the Cutlass 'S' and 442 got the sloped header with vertical grill bars in '76. The '77 'S' got the waterfall [Supreme] style header with a little different style grill than the Supreme/Salon. The sloped header was 442 only in '77 with horizontal grill bars. I hope this isn't too confusing???
