76 Cutlass clock wiring

Is the plug for the clock on every harness, or di the car have to have it originally?
I bought a dash panel with a clock, but it looks as though I don't have the plug on the harness to plug into it:(

Hard to believe they would have made a separate harness. I also bought a clock for my '75 and the plug was there. However, it was neatly tucked away and banded in white. Take a closer look, and you should find it. Also, look at the fuse panel and check if the wiper fuse is also labeled with "clock". If it is, then that plug should definitely be there.
