I have for some reason been unable to post a photo. (computer Dumb) What is an http:// I have a photo in the vBgarage. Can anyone tell me if the front bumper looks out of order, seems a little tilted down. What could be the problem. No accidents and I don't see anything out of order. Andy

Andy - Haven't seen photos of your car but from your description I think I can visualize what you are talking about. My `73 442's front bumper was level on the passenger side, and about 1" low on the driver's side. The driver's side filler panel would have a bulge in it underneath the headlight, while the passenger side was nice and flat. The car was never in an accident so nothing was bent. Turns out the frame to 5mph bumper shock bracket was installed too low. I never took those brackets off the frame when I restored the car. There are slotted holes for adjustment. I spent a half a day a couple weeks before the OCA Nats. this past summer relaigning the front bumper. Some of those bolts are a real pain to get to! Hint: Take the bumper off and the grilles out. Got it so both sides are level and the filler panel fits like it's supposed to. My car was built on a Monday (no joke) so the guy that installed the bracket must've been recovering from a hangover! :D
