First let me apologize for the lack of information, I was rushed for time and only had a couple minutes to spare. In my travels the other day I ran across a 77 cutlass on a small town car lot, I think it was a supreme, had the opera window, sorry it was NOT a 442. Looked solid, did have surface rust, the sun is tough on paint around here. I saw surface rust on the trunk, and starting in the lower quarters, they seemed solid though. Looked like back bumper on the driver side was missing a filler panel. Car was a light metallic green, with green interior and bench seat. Looked to have a clock in the center of the dash on passenger side. I did not get to open the hood or trunk. The owner said it was a 350 car that runs and drives good (A/C needs charging, don’t they all). I did not get the mileage. He said the car is purchased in and from Altus Oklahoma. He said he wanted $2900 for the car. From my experience the cars around here tend to be fairly rust free. It is hot and dry around here a lot of the rain tends to go around this area. So here is the deal, if someone is in the market for a 77, and would be willing to travel here to get it, I will try to get some pictures on here in a few days. (and a phone #) Owner said he had no problem with me getting some pictures. This is a 45 minute drive for me to get there, so if your not seriously shopping for a car please don’t waste my gas and time. On the other hand if you are I will be more than glad to make the drive. The only thing in this for me is the satisfaction a Cutlass wont be beat to death on the local circle track. (Car is located around Altus OK 73521, Its actually the next town over in Blair OK, but I don’t have the Zip) This car needs some love people, let me know.:)
