Ok Guys,

I had posted this a while back, and now I am ready to print. Myself and Jim Emmi have put together the research to produce a Vinyl Chassis Decal Sheet for our cars. Here's the deal. Basically, each car is different. The one I have made is for a 1977 442 with a 403, FE2 suspension, a/c car, HD cooling, vin code K. So, if you have a '76 Cutlass with a 350, non FE2, your car would have a different decal sheet. The codes for these sheets are found on your build sheet and in the Inspector's Guide.

If you are interested in one of these, shoot me a pm. The cost of this will be around $75 per sheet. An extra $25 if you want the chrome Cruise Control decal and the chrome Wiper Motor decal. I know it is expensive, but there really isn't an inexpensive way to produce these in vinyl. The advantage of printing on vinyl is you can wash your car and the decals will not be affected. They can get wet and will not wrinkle or tear.

Here is what is included:
Trunk Decals
Fuel Decal
Glove box Door
EGR Valve Decal
Distributor Cap Decal
Vehicle Weight (Door)
Manufacturer (Door)
Throttle Cable Decal
Coolant Cap Decal
Wiring Harnesses (3)
Brake Lines
Master Cylinder
Brake Booster
Brake Dust Shields
Rear & Front Springs
Rear & Front Shocks
Trans Lines
Bumper Shocks
Sway Bars
Engine Oil Filler Tube
Power Steering Pump
Cruise Control
Wiper Motor

Hopefully as interest gains in our cars, things like this can be reproduced in a more cost effective manner.

Let me know if you are interested.

Hey Brad, do you sell them individually? The only one I really need is the decal between the tire inflation decal and the Engine Coolant Only decal.

To be honest, I'm not that much of a purist to worry about the undercarriage. Since I never really did anything to the car (other than cosmetic), most of the stickers are still in place (interior and engine bay)as are some paint dabs.

The door jam sticker was pulled off 20 years ago by the last guy to paint the car (moron). Anyway, if you sell them individually, I'd be interested in the door jam sticker (the one with the VIN). If not, that's OK too.

Same here, just looking for a few like the coolant cap, jacking instructions and door sticker with the vin.

We could do a sheet that had the trunk decals and the radiator overflow cap, but the price wouldn't be that much cheaper. I will have to check to be sure. The door VIN decal we can do, we would need about 8 to 10 people needing one so we could gang them up on one sheet.

Ok Guys,

Decals are all ready! Here is what you need to do: Send me a copy of your build sheet or all of the info possible on your car. As of right now, I am only able to make the '76-'77 sheets. Here is what you can get and the cost breakdown:

Chassis Decal Kit: $75.00 (look at the post at the first of this thread to see what all is included)
Door Decal Only (VIN & Weight): $15.00
Windshield wiper motor (Chrome Decal): $10.00
Cruise Control (Chrome Decal): $10.00

Complete set of decals: $110.00
Shipping will depend on if you are in the US or not. Email me with your address and which decals you intend to purchase and I will let you know shipping costs. All orders must be pre-paid. I know these costs are pretty expensive, but until our cars gain in popularity, this is all we can do to start.

As mentioned, these decals will be printed on white and chrome vinyl. Vinyl decals are 100% water resistant and will stand up to sunlight much better than paper decals. You will be able to wash your car with the vinyl decals with them tearing, wrinkling or flaking off.

Shoot me an email with any questions: brad@torchcreative.com
Send your payments to:

or pay via PayPal to: bb442@sbcglobal.net

I will be placing the first order next Monday or Tuesday (October 22 or 23).

Brad I got the decals today and they are great. For those who haven't ordered them-- do it. I paid 24.00 for shock decal tags for my 66 cars. If you had to order these separately ( if they were available) it would cost you 2X what Brad is asking. Thanks :D :D :D John
