Guy claims this is the last 76 Cutlass "to come of the line". I don't know about that but I do know the graphics are hideous.

Do the seats look way to close together? Maybe I'm just to used to cars with consoles and buckets.
I have a set of those seats in buckskin that need to be recovered. non power, passenger reclines. Are they Cutlass salon bucket seats? I would GIVE them to anyone who wants them. The tracks and all side chrome, handles and hardware are fine. Just need recovered. I don't think a console would fit between them. There is a few remnants of a build sheet in the springs but all I can read is that the car went to Moritz Cadilliac Olds in Arlington ,Texas, not far from the Arlington GM plant.

There's a nice looking 76 on 442.com. White with blue interior, 455/400 with posi, and T-tops. The guy's asking $9000. I'd much rather have that than the one on ebay.

Not a bad looking car, not crazy about the graphics or the sunroof either. For whatever reason, only the Salon's had the column mounted dimmer and reclining buckets, they also had a little different style steering wheel. There was a couple different style reclining buckets, that one has the fatter/wider ones.
FWIW, my first car, a '74 Salon [1979], had them same seats with a center console.

If this is a Salon, why doesn't it have a center console with floor shift? I've never seen a '76-77 Salon without those items, which means he SPECIAL ORDERED a column shift. CRAZY!
