Hi. I've got a '77 Cutlass Supreme coupe. Silver with a red interior, has SSIIs with whitewalls. I bought it in June from the second owner who had it since 1990. Had 54,900 miles on the clock then.

So far I've had a radiator hose blow on the highway (ironically, on the way to a junkyard to get parts for it) and the fuel pump went out on my way back from the races in Brainerd. But you can't argue with a repair that cost $30 and took an hour in the parking lot! Other than that all I've had to do is put a clock in.

I go to school in Duluth, Minnesota. I'm from White Bear Township, which is where the Cutlass sleeps for now.

My other car is a 1993 Mercury Sable GS with the Essex V6. I've got a dune buggy that I've been trying to get running but that project keeps falling by the wayside. I've also had a '54 Willys 475 pickup, which I gave up for the Olds.

Welcome to the site. There are a lot of good people here. These cars are very dependable and easy to work on, you just have to give them some love once in a while (radiator hose, fuel pump). Good idea on the winter storage, nasty Minnesota road salt, that stuff is the devil.
Don’t forget to place your car on the registry, link below, and the v8Garage up top. Everybody likes pictures.

Put the car in the Garage there, I'll put it up in the registry once I get the options list I left at home.

I've been around Oldsmobiles since early high school, I've got a friend with an '84 Supreme drag car, among several others he's owned. Another friend currently has an '86 and a '68, and yet another just bought a '76 Omega.

But mine's the first drivable A-body around :D I decided saving up for two years for an A-body was more worthwhile than buying four G-bodies. Especially since this one is in great shape.
