Lubik Olds in NJ

Here's a question for the East Coast guys. I'm trying to research Lubik Oldsmobile in Bordentown, NJ. Anyone ever hear of it? It's where my 74 Hurst was sold new. How big was the dealership, are they still in business selling a different make, if they're still in business- are they in the same building, any contact info, etc... :confused: Whatever anyone can tell me about the dealership would be great. Just piecing together history of my car.

I spent about an hour on the computer trying to research your question. This is what I came up with. They were on route 130 in Bordertown N.J. At one time or another they were called Lubik Oldsmobile and Rambler. There also is a photo of the dealership taken back in the 60's. Go to Google images and type in the name Lubik Oldsmobile. I also believe someone has a 442 race car called Lubiks 442 it's listed in www.dragtimes.com

Gary, There is still a GM dealership in Bordentown NJ on Rt 130. Its called Bob Maguires Chevrolet. They have been there since 1977 and although I can not find it I suspect they are the Lubik Olds dealership. http://www.bobmaguirechevrolet.com/

Thanks very much for the information! I'll try contacting the Chev. dealership and see if they can tell me any early history. They probably are in the same building as Lubik Olds was.
