Looks like a 77 Supreme with tops and a shifter to me. What do you think?

maybe there is a fine line between a "hurst edition" and an actual "hurst olds". Is it possible that Hurst just put T-tops and some stripes since they dropped the actual Hurst Olds?
Sure would like to see and read that "original paperwork."

But YOU must be wrong, the owner says and I quote,"there has been nothing added onto the car it is a original hurst edition i have all the original paperwork and all reciepts"(sic)
I mean that is not ambiguous, it is stated as fact, and HE must be right.:D
The exterior emblem looks to be off of a 79 H/O if you ask me. Oh but I forgot, the owner states, "nothing added," so I must be wrong too. Boy you learn new things about rare Hurst editions everyday.

They could be dealer installed T-tops. I had a buddy who parted a 76 Supreme T-top car way back in the day and the tops said hurst hatch on them.

I doubt that the tach? hanging off the steering column is factory as is the gauge(s) underneath. Dual exhaust factory? Chrome air breather factory? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v417/vttedrm/Smilies/skep.gif

I ordered a 77 Supreme (Salon) and orderd it with the T Top, 403 limited slip, well just about everything that was available. If a hurst option was out there I would have gotton it no questions asked. I bought it from a friend of mine who's father OWNED the dealership. He and I had 442's then and this car was my daily driver. I can safely say no hurst option was offered! :D
