These regional cars seem to be popping up alot lately. This car is a very nice 30,000 mile original. Check it out.

Nice looking car, but I think the 18.5k b.i.n is a little steep?

Oh yeah the owner is living in fantasy land, I just thought it was a nice car to LOOK at.:D Hopefully the reserve is quite a bit less if he wants to actually sell the car.

Does anyone have a current Kelly blue book?

I used to have a subscription when I was a car dealer. These days fairly accurate values are a couple of clicks away.
Here's the Kelley web site but they only go back 20 years.
http://www.kbb.com/
I use NADA, they have a classic car section that covers our cars.
http://nadaguides.com/SectionHome.aspx?LI=1-21-0-5002-502-504-50005&l=1&w=22&p=0&f=5003
According to the NADA site, low on a 75 Cutlass S shows to be $3330, average is $7350 and high, which I believe that car would qualify for if the engine compartment were cleaned up is $10,800.
Of course it is really worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I just checked the NADA site. A '73 H/O high value is listed at $12k. Not sure I understand how a base '75 Cutlass S is $10,800 and a H/O is only $1200 more? My '73 was appraised at more than that two years ago, and values have shot through the roof since then. I guess you have to take it with a "grain of salt".

To take a line from Pirates, I guess you would say they're more like guidelines than actual rules.
Also when I ran the prices for the 75 S I gave the car the options of the L-77 350 V-8 and A/C. The base prices were cheaper. The 350 added 15% to the price.

Another point of reference for you. The current Black Book CPI (Cars of Particular Interest) has the following for "73-75 Hurst/Olds Coupe":

Fair #4__$7,000
Good #3__$12,500
Excelent #2__$25,000
% change__+4% (since last guide--July/Aug)

NADA, Black Book etc. are just guides/tools in my mind. CPI claims to track retail selling prices from multiple sources. On the whole I've found them to be on the high side over the years, but more accurate for collector cars than NADA.

I'd have to agree, the CPI values seem more in line with my experience and observations.
