Does anyone know the correct length for the one piece hood release cable on a 1975? I think the part number is 303224. (I found this number here on this site). I have a 74 with a busted cable. I am looking only to get something to function. I am not concerned about being correct. I searched on Napa Online for Oldsmobile Hood Cable, and they had seven or so cables by their manufacturere Balkamp. All of these are generic cables which is fine with me. I just have to make sure the length is correct, and the end termination will work with my hood latch. If anyone could measure theirs, it would be very helpful. thank you.
