Almost here. I fired up the 403 in the 76 S today after its winter slumber, felt good, but with the rotten exhaust it actually sounded crappy. Well, until I gave it a couple revs!
Couldn't actually drive it anywhere, gravel road is a complete swamp yet.

Rain is suppose to clear out tonight here! HAs washed all the snow and road salt away! Should make for a H/O sighting in this neck of the east coast soon! Woooooooohooooooo

I'll have to wait another month to bring my girls home. When you live in NY, you never know how late in the year you'll see snow. Still have a lot of salt around too!

I took my girls for a full 1.5 mile cruise last week before the long rain... The 82 has a lot of bare metal, and the 73 just needed her legs stretched...... (burn some rubber).... Was a good day! Now for the next dry day for another ride!

I recently had my 74 inspected and filled with some 94 octane fuel. Also put some different tires on her. Was nice to have her out. need to wash and wax her sometime and get ready for the cruise-ins that will surely be happening in the next few weeks...:)

It has here in Dallas. Trees are flowering and getting green for the last week or so. 60s and 70s daytime highs. Worked on the 67 Cutlass out in the driveway the last two afternoon/evenings. Very nice.

In a period of transition. It will be this way for the next 6 weeks or so. Can be 65 and sunny one day and 35 and snow the next. We usually get one or two big snowstorms in March or April. Anywhere from 12 to 18 inches of heavy wet snow this time of year isn't that unusual. Back in 2003 we got 36 inches of snow about this time of year. Now that was unusual. The word that best describes the weather in unpredictable! Ah, springtime in the Rockies.

Hey Joe! Nice! Glad you showed the 'Stang the way home. Re: your fan belt, they stretch. Just a little retensioning is all it needs. Have you done anything with the W46 yet?

Yea been having trouble with belts since I replaced the old ones. Any use top cog or regular belts? was fine till I hit 75 then the screamin began... almost made me stop the stomp of the gas...LOL
W46
I removed all the top trim on the roof, removed the loose rust and rust prevented it and a little paint. Going to order a new gas tank and floor pans soon.
Going to have my own H/O day celebration! LOL

Well, it hit 60 here today, so I took a half day of vacation and rearranged the garage. Snowmobile put away and the bike to the front. The best part was I had to fire up the 73 S and take it for a short 1 mile drive. I need to change the oil filter as the one on there leaks a bit. Man, that was worth the 1/2 day off by itself! Had to get my kicks as it will be cold by the weekend, like usual.

The Cutlass hasn't seen much daylight in the past year. Buying a house and a rotten exhaust left it to collect dust. But no more! I took the old girl out for a little jaunt this afternoon. I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning. The headers were a huge improvement. It passed 60 and still felt like she had lots more to give. Lets call it a great way to start summer.
