VFN lists a pin on and a bolt on for the 73-75's, that's where Dave got his.
Here's the link.

Dang straight on the 4-doors! I've had a few including a 88 Crown Vic that was a former ISP car. 351W and hauled rump, cornered like a sport car which was weird to do in a big car! Someone at work told me of a super clean '75 green Cutlass 4-door for sale but I couldn't talk the misses into it:rolleyes: Can't get a pic of my car on, file to big.

Hell yeah I remember my first! Because that's it! Purchased May 19, 1992 for the total price of $1658.50 (and that, my friends, was delivered) Here it is, well, a few years later, and there's no way I could get rid of her. So far, the car's been through high school, college, married life with kids...who knows what the future will hold? Bottom line, glad I kept my first car! Thanks for the words of encouragement!

There's alot of nice cars on this forum, would love to see some more pics of everyones machines. It seems I've heard someone ask about where to post pics besides the garage. If you have pics hosted it's real easy to upload to the post. I don't think there's a sticky anywhere on this forum, what about it Keith [are you still here?].

Here's a picture of my 67 Cutlass. Poor car has been suffering from all the attention the 76 442 has been receiving. Pretty nice car that was too cheap to pass up. When I drive it around town it actually gets more attention than the 442.

This even got more attention than the 67 Cutlass. It came painted this way when I bought it after it was rolled over. I shot the primer to match the remaining paint. This was my second real attempt at body work in the driveway. I sold it about a year ago. That's the back of my 94 25th Anniversary Trans Am stashed in the garage. You guys will be happy to know that I plan on selling this car soon to finance the paint job for the 442.

I bought this 1978 Cadillac Seville from a Dallas area wrecking yard in January 2005 for $700. It was just too nice to let them crush it. Fuel injected Olds 350 with a turbo 400 trans and 4 wheel disc brakes. Life long Texas car with NO RUST, original paint, top and interior. I bought it pretty much like you see it, but I put Replica Plastics rear bumper fills on after having them painted to match, replaced the dry rotted tires and gave it a full detail. The NAPA battery in it was bad but still under warranty. Emptied the gas tank, replaced both fuel pumps and tuned it up and replaced the air ride shocks and one fuel injector. After these few things, every option on it worked, even the factory CB radio (although the factory antenna was shot). I mean EVERY option. It took me a year to the day from when I bought it to sell it. A lot of brothas wanted it but they all wanted to pay $1500(or less) for it. I had it listed for $5500 and got $3875. I still can't believe it was sitting in the wrecking yard. Without a doubt my best junkyard find and a fuel injected Olds V-8 so I knew I had to save it. I sold it to a guy in Waco, Texas who financed it at a credit union for his girlfriend. Oh yeah it was a one owner, little old lady car with 104,000 documented miles. Her son didn't know what to do with it when she quit driving, so it went to the wrecking yard. I couldn't get near it with out getting it filthy. That certainly reminded me of my 74 H/O with its white interior. This may have been a better deal than my $30 header emblem.

Thanks, I got a 72 455 block and a nodular iron crank from a 68 400 so I hope to build up a motor for the 67 to replace the 330 it has but the 330 runs so well I hate to pull it. You should come on down. I don't think it has snowed here in a couple of years and when it does it usually doesn't stick. We have probably had 10 days where it has gotten to freezing this year. Usually right before sun up, only one hard freeze so far. It was 70 today. I worked outside on the work truck all day. Just one thing though, if you move here no one down here wants to hear "How we did it in Michigan." :D I used to work with a real jackass from Michigan and that was just about all he ever said. I have never seen so many happy people when that jerk moved back home. Texas didn't really need him, we gots plenty-o home grown jackasses.:p

Hey Todd, I don't want to rub it in too much, but the High in Dallas today will be 71 degrees. My daughter has a basketball game this morning, but soon as we get home, I will be out in the garage working on the car. You should move to Texas, that way me, you & Texx can hang out with our cars... Although in August, you might change your mind...

I have family there [Uncle, Aunt, cousins], they moved down there the last time the economy went to sheit here in MI. [late 80's]...never looked back. My Uncle [awesome guy btw] is the only living sibling [of 8] on my fathers side, he's in his 80's now, and you'd never know it. I think maybe living down there had something to do with it.

I'm probably not the best person to give advice on computers, but I fumbled my way around and figured out pic posting, here's what I can tell ya.
You need to have the pics on a host site, like Photobucket, Cardomain etc. Did you or can you host pics? If so, it's real easy to add them to a post. I'm still on dial up, don't have a scanner, digital camera or a cell phone with a camera built in, whatever the kids are using these days :D . I buy those throw away cameras, get a cd for like a buck extra from the developer, plug it in the computer and add the pics to a file.
Once the pics are uploaded to the host site, right click on the pic, a window will pop up, at the bottom will be properties, click on properties and another window will pop up, highlite the address [URL] by left clicking and holding the button down on your mouse, make sure the complete address turns blue, left click on the highlited address and click copy, close the properties window. Now you can add the pic. With your cursor in the post box, right click your mouse and click paste, that will add the address [URL] to the post, put with no gaps/spaces in front of the address [URL] and in the back. That's about the best I can do.
