Did every 442 have stock dual exhaust?
What about the 77s? was dual exhaust stock for that year?

If you mean "every" 442 then yes. The 442 models from 68-71 (the only years there was a 442 model) had dual exhausts. If you mean the 1977 442, then no. 1977 442's had stock single exhaust with no option for duals.

I know on my 73 442, dual exhaust was an option at that time. Mine is a 350 car, not sure offhand if it was standard for the 455 :confused:
