I was just wandering around the site today, looking up old posts on a few items and seeing how many in-active members there are which I found surprising.
Kinda like your local Olds Club, some members are just that, some are active, and other's just burn out rather than fade away... anyhow...

On the bottom of the idex page to the forums:

Threads: 3,195, Posts: 21,088, Members: 878, Active Members: 228

Roughly 1/4 of the membership here is active in some way each day or weekly, either perusing through the site, posting parts or needs, posting cars for sale, mechanical problems that need addressing, interesting fixes, you name it ... we see restoration progress, cars that deserve to be saved when spotted in the wild and those that may want to find one of these years Olds.

Figured a big thank you should go out to those that stay active here and make it interesting.

There is a load of information that some know little of, some know a lot of. However it comes thru, its been a big help to those that participate.

Lets hope we can get the site membership up around 1,000.

If thats the case, at least we know there are 1,000 people out there that have that desire to keep these cars around... which is really cool.

Some one out there, feel free to put up a new poll.. :)

Not a bad idea, just a high maintanance one, creating a thread per season would be better. That way old seaons can slowly be relegated to the past as they become less relevant.

Ive seen "Senior Member" under some of the member names. Was just curious how to become a Senior Member.
