'74 H/o #67

Hey guys I need a little help. About a month ago there was a '74 H/O on ebay. It was advertised as an original festival car #67. It was in pretty rough shape. I thought I saved the link but I didnt. Does anyone know anything about this car or who bought it? This is the only other festival car I have ever seen.
