Hi All
I'm still new on this site, but I was reading a thread where one of you was commenting on a dash pod. IF you had a Cutlass or something that wasn't limited in production I know an interesting modification. Many years ago I bought a really ugly 1976 Cutlass in Portland Oregon. Someone had put paint remover on it, let it melt the paint, then let it dry. It had been built by a guy who worked in a wrecking yard I believe in the early 1980's and I bought it because it had a set of 1970 W30 heads on the motor. It also had the dash out of a Pontiac that had individual small round gauges, but the dash panel fit perfect in the dashpad. He also had changed to the larger bolt pattern and put disc brakes on the rear. I still have those somewhere in the garage. Looking back that's one of the cars I wish I still had. :( John
