Hey all...
New to this site.
I'm in the process of rebuilding - frame off - '73 Cutlass S. My dad is still the original owner

I'm in need of full rear quarters, both sides.

Can anyone HELP !!

All the stuff I've seen out there have been pure junk

Hey, another guy from Canada. Welcome. I too am in need of quarters for my 73 442 (same as your 'S'), however, I am not in the present financial position to do them at this point. About 6 months ago, I called West Coast Sheetmetal out in California. They told me they had a set.

Give them a call, see if they still have them. Other people I've called over the years wanted anywhere from $1200-2000 for the pair. I can't justify that when I paid $3500 for the whole car! I'm hoping that Goodmark Industries or someone will start banging them out for significantly less. Well, a brother can hope can't he? Good luck!

Welcome to the site Joe. I've got a `73 442. Fortunately the quarters on mine were salvageable. I haven't seen any NOS ones for sale for a long time. The aftermarket ones (so I've heard) are complete junk. Poor fit and quality. They are generic for `73-`75 Cutlass with "some modification required for `73 models". Yeah, like the the entire back part of the panel from the sidemarker to the taillight! We can only hope like Bert said, that a good sheet metal company like Goodmark will come out with a good reproduction panel in the near future. Your best bet right now is to call the large junk yards in the Southwestern US to see if they have any good used quarters. Be prepared to pay a bundle with another bundle for shipping. Good luck with your car and keep us posted on the progress.

It's been a very difficult struggle trying to find parts.
The Parts Place in Il has a good selection.

If anyone else has any leads on quartes, used or new, It would surely help.

Zodiac - love that blue, always have

Mine is going back to original colour- triple white.
Completely stock, except for inside motor - W31 !!

My car, being an Alberta car still has all original body panels. I saw this on ebay. Don't know if you can use the bottom portion or if the 73's are the same as the '75's. However if Bert says that there are some 73's available at west coast sheet metal, I'd go for it, especially now that the Canadian buck is damn near par with the US buck. God luck - and BTW welcome.

I have a 73 442 parts car with decent quarters. Both have some bondo in them, but very little rust. We can cut them where ever you need them cut. $600 plus the freight cost. Any other parts you need?

I did purchase them from east coast sheet metal.
Larry there was great to deal with. He took the time to describe them to me over the phone, hundred times better then any photo.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get them for?
