Build Sheet Decoding

I need some help decoding my build sheet. I have been to Zolac's site and put my car on there, but some of the numbers were not matching up. Any help would be great. I have attached a scanned copy of my build sheet. The first 2 lines are basic, I'm looking for help on the last 2.

Is that the build sheet? I thought they looked different then that. Anyway, if you go to the general rocketry section, 73-77 registry topic, page 9, Ken posted all the different options there. Don't know if that is what your looking for or not, but I thought it was some good info he posted.

Actually, I think that whole topic should be a sticky.........alot of good info and pics.

Yeah that doesn't look like my build sheet does.:confused:
