So I just saw this.. actually only recently (last week) saw the first two. Some people are really down on the third installment, but I personally, along with the girlfriend, really enjoyed it. The transformation some of the characters undergo is amazing. The ending answered lots of questions..

Saw it the week it opened, I liked it and of course I left when the credits rolled. Damn. I still liked the first the best.

you know, i really liked the first but couldn't bring myself to see the 2nd. Now everybody is raving about the 3rd!!! I have some catching up to do...

I thought all three were great. Sequels always have a problem of being compared to the original. Classic story line in the vein of a Greek tragedy, exotic locations, loads of action, and the fantasy of being a pirate. ++++
