i might be sol, as i have only found 3 other 73-77 wagons within a 3 hour radius of me (one was a laguna and one was a malibu, so technically i only found one) and all of the stuff i need is shot on them as well. i basically need everything for the interior less the dash and seats. i am pretty sure the headliner is a lost cause, so i am not going to worry about that. i need all of the plastic trim including the a-pillars, trim around the doors, trim around the headliner, the rear hatch panel, all of the rear plastic (spare tire cover, gas tank cover, pillar panels, etc...). i need the door panel pull strap chrome plastic ends and the little fake brushed stainless covers. i need the front (round) dome light lens and rear (rectangular) dome light lens. i need carpet, preferably black, but any will do. i need one of the steel 4 spoke sport steering wheels. all of this stuff is deteriorated so bad if you look at it the wrong way it crumbles apart.

i also need the rear hatch and door window seals. i got the door window seals from the laguna wagon and they are a lot better than the ones i that were on the car, but they still leak. i would like to find a better set. i think the 4 door ones are the same? could someone please verify this? there are two rear hatch seals i need. i am affraid to touch them as they are about to fall off.

any help is greatly appriciated. i thought my 65 was hard to find parts for... i was wrong.

A pillar, door pull strap ends and covers and the front dome light are the same on many 73-77 GM a bodies. I think both dome light covers can be found at Dorman.com (motormite, Help! products) The carpet and weatherstrip is available aftermarket, the headliner too. I'm not sure if the 4 door trim is the same around the doors but I would think some of it is. I'd think the wagon specific plastic would be hardest to find in usable shape. Look through the old posts here, there is a member in Michigan, w451973, I think, with 2 wagons he was trying to sell at one time. Maybe he can help you with some parts. Good luck.

where exactly did you find new resto parts such as seals and carpet for the wagon? i have searched and called everyone i could think of or find trying to find stuff to no avail. everyone basically stops at 72... kind of reminds me of interior stuff for the 65 as everyone starts at 66. haha thanks again.

Auto Custom Carpet (ACC)www.accmats.com shows a carpet set for the wagon.
Soffseal www.soffseal.com shows at least front door seals for your car and I think Steele Rubber www.steelerubber.com shows some rubber parts for your car too. Metro rubber www.metrommp.com shows front and rear door seals. My buddy just got a rear tailgate weatherstrip for his 67 Plymouth wagon from Steele I think. You may have to inquire if they plan to make some for the Cutlass wagon. I know they sell universal stick on and molded that you may have to use, it's better than sucking on exhaust fumes. You can also get the part numbers for the weatherstrip and check GM parts direct or the local dealers. I'm sure some of the originals still exist. Good luck.
I know what you mean about parts for the 65, there aren't as many as 66-67. My grandfather had a white 65 Cutlass with a silver blue bucket interior, console shift and a 330 V-8. That car was my first experience with Oldsmobiles and I've never forgotten it. I bought my 67 Cutlass Supreme in memory of my grandfather and his car while looking for a 65.

The wagon stuff is real hard to find. What color are you looking for ? All the plastic stuff will interchange with the other 73-77 A-body wagons. Noone makes the seals you need. You will have to hunt ebay for stuff. Thats where I found most of mine. Unfortunately I have nothing that can help you at the moment. Sorry.
