Hey Guys,
I am in the process and cleaning, repainting pieces and an overall "refresh" on my '77 442 this summer. In the hopes of getting the car looking great for Detroit in '08. With that said, I have completed a recent project of making new, reproduction decals out of Vinyl. This would allow me to wash the car and not worry about getting the paper decals wet and them peeling off. Vinyl is water resistant. I have taken the time to remake the: Trunk Decals, Driver's Door Decals, Chrome Wiper Motor Decal, Chrome Cruise Control Servo Decal, Unleaded Fuel Decal, Radiator Overflow decal, etc. I have attached images of the final layouts. If anyone would be interested in a set, please let me know. I do not have a price just yet, but will soon. Not trying to "solicit" sales here, but I wanted to offer these to anyone who might want a set. These would be correct for '76 & '77.

Hey Brad, how much are you looking to get per set? Is the date on the door decal changeable?

Brad please, I think we all welcome anything that's becoming available for our cars. Eventually, when the site's more popular we'd like to set up an area where companies can advertise their items for a small yearly or monthly fee, but that's in the near future. :)

Hey Brad, don't you mean getting the car looking great for Bowling Green in `07? :D
The decals look great. Are the small black rectangular Oldsmobile decals in the bottom right corner of decal set 1 for the inside of the glovebox door? I could definitely use a couple of those.

Hey Guys,
Sorry I haven't been updating folks on the decals. Just been super busy here. I am hopefully going to stop by the Decal place on Friday and get some pricing ideas. I am also looking at a way to produce the door decal that way we can produce to be for a specific car and have the correct VIN data, etc. I will get back to you soon as I can. See ya in Bowling Green.

Ok guys, here is what I have come up with for the decals.
Basically, I have to print these as a set. The set would be for a '76-'77 models. I can do you a door decal with your correct VIN, but I need at least ten folks to submit for a set. Basically, I have to "gang" a bunch up on a sheet.
Now unfortunately, I will not be able to break the decals up, you will have to but a "sheet". On the sheet, it will include both trunk decals, Unleaded fuel decal, glove box door decal, Radiator Overflow lid decal, and both door decals. These are all printed on white vinyl. Vinyl is water repellent and much better than paper decals. Only problem is a low-run order is somewhat expensive. Cost for this decal sheet would be $75.00 each. I know, ouch!
In addition to that, I am making up a chrome decal sheet that includes the correct windshield wiper decal and the cruise control servo decal. These would cost $25.00 per set.
If someone can provide me with decals or photos of '73-'75 models, I can make a sheet for those years. Prices would be the same.
I know these are expensive, but basically, I can't purchase a giant order for resale. I don't really have the setup to do so. Just know what these will be of great quality and will last much, much longer than paper decals.
In addition to these, Jim Emmi and I are looking into making a set of Chassis decals, much like the ones offered for the '68-'72 models. I will have more info on these later on.
Shoot me an email if you have any questions. We need about 10 folks to place the first order.
Have a good Memorial Day Weekend!

They are being printed at a local Sign Shop here in Dallas. I am having them printed on White Vinyl so you don't have to worry about them getting wet and wrinkling. Vinyl is water resistant and the ink won't rub or fade.

Brad add me to the list, I'll take a set, but I don't need the 2 chrome stickers.
