The Carlisle All-GM Nationals are June 22-24.... think I'll be able to find a regal spoiler for my car? Has anybody else ever gone to a Carlisle show? I know they're suppose to be some of the biggest shows but how are the swap meets? I wonder what odds i have for success... anybody else going????

I went to Carlisle once, over 20 years ago. It was unbelievable, you would have needed a week to see everything. Good luck on your search. I guess I got lucky on the last spoiler I got off ebay recently, I didn't get back to the computer in time and got outbid by $4.00. I noticed the winning bidder had a couple neg. feedbacks for no pays and I emailed the seller and told him if he had any problems, I had payment waiting. Long story short, I got it, but the seller ended up getting a neg. feedback from the high bidder.

I grew up in Altoona and Carlisle was a yearly thing for me and dad. It's been 2 or 3 years since I've been to Caslisle. Only once did I go to an all GM show...never again. A good guess would say that the show didn't cover even a quater of the place. I stick with the spring and fall shows. During these events the place is packed all the way to the back. But no matter when you go wear a good pair of shoes and bring a backpack, so you don't have to carry everything. Going back to the car can be a long haul.

Small. All the vendors and swap meet guys who show up at GM will also be at the fall and spring. Only they will have alot of company, probably 10X as many. GM will have a strong presence. Heck I met John Moss(Head of Skunk Works) the last time I weas there. My opinion is still if you want to go for the swap meet Fall or Spring are the only two choices.
