Team Hurst/Olds..... with the runners up being Team Trans Am. I'm betting Team Charger won't make the final three.:D

dude even though u guys came in second, u ***king rule! u put the hurst/olds nameplate back on the map. i got my 73 h/o when i was in high school (10 years ago) and all of a sudden, friends were coming up to me at the bar and would tell me they saw ur h/o on bullrun, didn't i have one like that. so many good conversations i got into cuz of u guys. if there's another one, i hope u guys go again and win this time (and bring extra brakes). btw, ur 100% right about the karma things. screw the charger guys for trying to take advantage. u guys got no second chances, why should they? all the best.

I'm glad you were able to appreciate the H/O being seen out there. It's great to know these cars of ours are still alive and kicking ass. Brakes have already been taken care of and are better than ever! I have four wheels disc with slotted rotors now so I can really step on the throttle and not worry about hitting a wall!
Thanks again and all the best to you my friend.

Shadyjewmobster (long name) is right. You guys may not have taken the top spot but you got noticed and in turn many others will also. I wonder how many watching wondered the first time they seen your H/O; What is that? Everyone knows a T/A, ford truck and the other common ones. When one mentions a H/O, 442, or cutlass the muscle car mags have the 68-72's drilled into heads so far that is all they process when those names are heard. In the late 80's my stock 350 cutlass consistantly smoked the new in the day IROC Z's but was not the "cool" ride to have, to me it made the victory sweeter (that and the fact my ride was not because daddy had a fat pocketbook) but you have made more aware of the "cool" factor to our passions. As the 60's and early 70's muscle is out of reach to many monitarily the young car enthusiest may now take a longer look at that mid-70's Olds, with the "For Sale" in the window, and reconsider the possibilities because you have snagged a spotlight and made us a bit "cooler" of course the black leather jackets help to! Thanks guys P.S. how do I get a poster? I have an empty space on my garage wall, My 75 H/O needs someone to look up to.

andre got our car's exposure and for that i am grateful!!! somewhere there is a hotchkis engineer sitting there watching the show thinking, "ya know, we should make a 2 inch drop shock for those cars." haha. seriously though, shows like this do big things for car makes. Bull Run is no Knight Rider or Dukes of Hazzard but there are plenty of teenagers and twenty year olds who now know what a '75 H/O is and, like sumrof75 said, thats good, real good. Good for sales and good for aftermarket.
