Welcome to the newest Oldsmobile forums specifically for the years 1973 through 1977.
Many years ago I started a mailing list I can't remember who it was with but it was way before yahoo groups existed. When web forums started out I created a site for one of my other vehicles and it took off pretty good, I've always wanted to create the same thing for the 73-77 olds group but never got around to it. Well now I have a little extra time so I'm giving it a shot.
I'm not going to shut the email mailing list down but I think this format is much better and if you like it join here and start posting. If you don't like it continue to post on the list. I think posting on this site will bring 73-77 olds awareness into the public eye and perhaps increase interest in these awesome machines.
1973-1977 have often been referred to as "the forgotten years" because of the lack luster performance due to engine restrictions.
But we here at 73-77olds.com want to remember these years and are proud to own vehicles that were produced during this time frame.
